Dr. Gbenga Adebanjo graduated from the University of Ibadan
Medical School in 1986 and has been practicing medicine ever
since. He worked as a Research Assistant Professor at the
University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia from 1996 to 1998. He
did his residency program in Mount Sinai School of Medicine of
New York University, New York in affiliation with The Bronx
Veterans Affairs. In 2003, he relocated with his family to Memphis
TN to start his private medical practice. A physician for more than
25 years, Dr. Adebanjo is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Through his practice, he works with patients from all over the Mid-
South, as well as maintains admitting privileges and works on the
staff of many of Memphis’s largest hospitals, such as Methodist
Hospital, Baptist, and St. Francis Hospitals.
