An Advocate for Healthy Families
Hailin Swan, FNP-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience, including more than six years as an emergency room nurse. She has worked in various healthcare settings, including the emergency department, medical step-down, and surgical units. Hailin earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Mississippi University for Women in 2020. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and has practiced as a hospitalist at Baptist Memorial Hospital, providing comprehensive care to patients in acute and inpatient settings.
Beyond her clinical practice, Hailin is recognized for her leadership and community involvement. She was honored as a member of the Tennessee 40 Under 40 for her contributions to the nursing profession and has held leadership roles in the Tennessee Nurses Association, including serving two years on its Board of Directors. Committed to public health and service, she actively participates in the Medical Reserve Corps of Shelby County and volunteers with various organizations across the Memphis area. She has also served on multiple commissions, advocating for healthcare initiatives and patient-centered care.
A longtime resident of the Memphis area, Hailin enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. As a family, they love outdoor activities such as camping, sailing, fishing, and playing tennis. Bicycling with her children is one of her favorite pastimes, allowing her to balance her passion for healthcare with quality family time in the community she serves.
